Very good all, thanks for the curraco 🙂

By the way Victor would be a lot to ask you to hang the wallpaper of the WOG ball. I want it for me xD

¬¬ Where have I seen that before ??, yes, in LEOPARD OS (purely hacked from MAC desktops around here, and don't say no, XD)

    1.    Ubunlog said

The difference is that in Linux you can leave your desktop like a Mac and you are not breaking any laws nor do you have to hack the system to do so 😉

^ o) You say it like it bothers you.

It is beautiful, many of us love its design. At least I love certain things, and I don't deny that many of my desktops have a lot in common with MacOS.

And if Ubuntu, which is my favorite OS, allows me to put the interface that I want, then obviously it will take ideas from other OSs that I also like.

You can also see, in this same article, many other very original desktops that have little or nothing to do with MacOS.

hahaha don't give it much importance, I seem to know him and if I'm not mistaken he is a windows user, so there is nothing more to say 😉

EXEM ... you discovered me, hehe, but in no way is it an insult or that it bothers me. I said it for the originality, and I feel that they take it that way; I see that there is pure GNOME port here. It hurts I think I am one of the few who use KDE and Mandriva, XD; and yes I use windows and what is the truth, XD, nahh. Do not be self-conscious, I repeat that it was not an insult, (only for ITZVAN, right Mr. Salas?) haha, maybe I'll go up my desk to know your opinion and what do you think of KDE (I like it)

I have seen your last tweet (the one you link to the copy of this post), what a shame ...
The funny thing is that I have an acquaintance who has a blog in WP with the same theme and the same ugly widgets of visits and geolocation and is also dedicated to copying posts left and right. I feel sorry for people who start a blog for that and then everyone chuckles with their number of visits. The best thing about this is the intro, he believes it and all that are from his friends. Surely he thinks he's a hacker hanging Kapersky and Winzip serials, just like my acquaintance who hangs out with Cain all day and thinks he's God.
What I will never understand is how they get to have so many visits, will they be real? I doubt it, the 10.000 visits this week has all the earmarks of a bluff.
I have a blog with 100% original content written all by me and it is very hard to grow in daily visits, although the satisfaction of a single visit to MY content is much greater than a thousand to copied content.
They say that if they copy you, you are good, without a doubt your blog is worth that. I think I have never been kidnapped and I don't know what I would do but surely I would try to do something.
In your case it is clearly in breach of your license, will you do something, if doing so will it help? With Creative Commons can you get to make me remove the copy?
    Greetings! (Have I passed?)

Hello, there is not much that can be done, except contacting the blog author and hope that he has the good will to put a link to this post, or failing that, delete the duplicate post.
I do not care if they copy a post as long as they cite the source, but in this case it is a bit annoying because they are captures that the readers of this blog have sent me to be displayed here, and that someone copy and paste the post almost complete, also saying that they are captures of desktops of »his friends», very well that I do not like it, but well… that's it, 🙂 you can't do much.

If I can help in any way ...
It occurs to me to torment him with comments reproaching him for his cheekiness, until he is ashamed. Popular initiative !!!
I don't know if it would work or be proud ...

        1.    Itzvan said

well, at least I already left a comment to the blog's author, asking him to please cite the source 😉

Me too and he didn't approve of it haha

For those who happen to you like Diego, who could not completely remove the gnome panel:

Option A: Make it invisible (right button> properties> background> solid color).

Option B: (Much better) From gconf-editor it is not difficult to make it not start directly: (Desktop> Gnome> Session> Required Components> panel, leave empty where it says "gnome-panel").

I thought these things would be well known. Given that they are not, it would be nice to comment on a short post.
