Elementary OS is a well-polished Linux distribution based on Ubuntu, known as the most beautiful Linux distribution.

About the new version of Elementary OS 5 Juno

System settings
In the system settings, the developers have improved the options for background images. As soon as you select a background image, it is automatically moved to the wallpaper library.
The printer settings window is now easier to use.
Even handling of Bluetooth devices is now better- In the appropriate window, users can discover new devices directly, connect (pair) and manage.
The developers also completely revised the sound settings.
Elementary OS 5 automatically tries to detect the screen resolution and choose a suitable scaling factor for the desktop.
In the new version, users can choose the scale themselves, but only between normal display and double magnification.
On devices whose screen can be rotated during operation, Elementary OS 5 can turn off auto-rotate the desktop, if desired.
AppCenter
Elementary OS Developers they also adapted the "AppCenter" software management.
It will continue to provide programs specifically for distribution. The latter are open source, but their respective developers can ask for a payment.
