Moreover, all the sharpening and blur control filters are adapted to work correctly with images with an opaque background. In the motion blur filter, the number of artifacts is reduced, and in the normal blur filter, the correct aspect ratio calculation is provided.
Handlers for actions in tools, such as increasing / decreasing brush size, are now created before loading the image, allowing you to place them on the panel.
For lovers of pixel graphics in the filter «Gradient Map», a mode has been added to adjust intermediate colors, which is used as a screening pattern or to limit colors to the closest prohibited color. The Gradient Map filter also fixed memory leaks.
Added a filter to match the (Palettize) palette, which resembles the "Gradient Map", but uses the palette to determine the colors. The new filter also supports dithering.
The filter is proposed "High Pass", which can be used to increase the clarity of images by imposing a filter layer.
Of the other changes that stand out:
- Extended API for writing plugins in Python.
- The setDocument method has been added to the View class.
- Actions created in Python plugins are now loaded before menu and toolbar layout.
- The stability of the clone layers function has been improved, a dialog has been added to change the font of the cloned layer.
- Added support for working with grayscale images to the HSV filter.
- In the filters to determine edges and normalize height, ladder-like line artifacts have been removed.
- Improved performance for applying styles.
- In the layer system, the channel separation function is resumed.
- In the color brushes (RGBA), it was possible to separately adjust the opacity and brightness, allowing you to obtain a texture that resembles an oil or acrylic filling.

How to install Kirta 4.3.0 on Ubuntu and derivatives?
If you want to install the new version of this suite, we must add a repository to our system, for it we are going to require the use of a terminal, we execute it by typing ctrl + alt + t at the same time, now only we must add the following lines:
