Stage 1: Traditional mode

For this stage, and assuming that you are already using Menu Whisker, just right click on the Whisker Menu XFCE panel widget and then left click on the Properties option from the context menu that has been shown to us. To then make the necessary adjustments. The ones I have done are the following:

Stage 2: Advanced Mode

For this stage, we will have to use CCS code to insert, modify and use within the whisker-tweak.css file in the path /home/sysadmin/.config/gtk-3.0/. In my case, after several examples found on the Internet, I used a CCS code snippet from this XFCE CCS Theme for Whisker Menu and I have placed it in it. Resulting in the following appearance:

Stage 2: Advanced Mode - 01

And to use it floating and centered on our computer screen, we will only have to create a keyboard shortcut with a tool from our GNU/Linux Distro. In my case, schedule the execution of the following command order: xfce4-popup-whiskermenu -c, using the MX Tweak tool when pressing the Menu key on my keyboard, so that it looks like this:

Stage 2: Advanced Mode - 02

Stage 2: Advanced Mode - 03

While, if I want something different, just vary the opacity of the Whisker Menu a little y activate the Show as icons option. As shown below:
