Feren-oobe, a setup wizard
Another significant change to the integration of 'First Login OOBE', or feren-oobe, in Cinnamon Desktop. In which this novelty is basically a configuration wizard that will be launched on the first login of the system.
Feren-oobe pIt will provide an easy way to configure the following before the user enters Feren OS:
- Codecs
- Design

Feren OS switches to GitLab
The repositories of Feren OS have now been moved to a new one which is hosted in a GitLab repository.
Also, repositories now have a proper structure, which means that packages can be better divided into 'components' of the repository to enable or disable certain parts of the repositories.
KDE Neon User Edition repository
Finally another highlight of this new release of Feren OS is that the distribution has benefited from receiving the latest and best KDE packages (from Neon User Edition).
Although there is also an additional change since some packages are removed to solve some dependency problems or problems that can compromise the system experience.
Within of the other novelties that stand out in this release we find the following:
- A darkened GTK3 theme, making the light theme more neutral.
- The back end changes to the cinnamon themes to make them more consistent and changes the theme a bit to better match the new dark light theme.
- Metacity / Window Borders is updated so that the title bars are consistent with the new theme.
- The WinStyle and macStyle window borders (Metacity themes) have been modified to support accent-dependent coloring for supported GTK3 themes.
