Apple's next operating system will be released in October, but Mozilla wants no surprises and is already fixing the problems for that version.
In total, the release note from Firefox 67.0.2 picks up 10 fixes, among which there is one that corrects a bug that made Firefox start in safe mode on macOS and Linux to believe that in the later release the profile was too recent to be used with this version of Firefox. Furthermore, it is now easier for Linux users to install or use additional languages using the new settings available from the application preferences.

How can I update to this new version from PPA, I am on LINUX MINT XFC 18.04LTS, and although I have followed the steps, which you recommended in past articles, to date I still have version 67.0, all attempts have been unsuccessful to pass to version 67.01

The update does not appear to me either. I'm on Mint 19.1 and I have added the ppa repository: ubuntu-mozilla-security / ppa, and I even tried adding the one for Firefox Beta with the ppa: mozillateam / firefox-next that supposedly should install version 68 ... but nothing, it doesn't update . It stays at 67.0.
