Just under 24 hours ago, Mozilla uploaded a new version of its web browser to its FTP server. It was about Firefox 71, a major update that was officially released a few moments ago. The Fox browser company will start rolling out updates more frequently from 2020, so the absence of a large number of highlights is not yet related to the new update cycle.
Among the most outstanding novelties of Firefox 71 we have the new Kiosk mode. To access it, we have to open a terminal and write "firefox –kiosk", without the quotes, which will open the browser directly in a full screen from which we will not be able to exit for many keys that we press (except Ctrl + W) or no matter how much we move the pointer. It has been a very requested function, but one that a server will not use because, for its use, the (Fn) F11 key is enough.
