The way to install in these distributions, is very similar to that of Ubuntu y Debian derivatives, we will too directly downloading the file from the Google Chrome website, the only thing is that instead of selecting the file .deb, we will select the file with extension . Rpm.

To install it, we will use the functional Linux console, the only thing that in these versions of Linux uses the Yum as the main command.

The first thing we will have to do is download the .rpm file from the official Chrome page, once downloaded, we will open a window of the terminal and we will access the download folder, which in this case will be Downloads:

Now we will install the file downloaded in the previous step with the following command line:
  • sudo yum install google-chrome-stable_current_i386.rpm

The program will tell us if we want to confirm the installation and we will tell it that if by marking Y and then clicking on Enter.
As soon as the installation is finished we can exit the terminal and open the menu of applications / Internet and we can see how the latest stable version of Google Chrome.
NOTE: : do not select, when downloading the .rpm file, the option to open with for mobile devices to report the install, since it will return an error and will not install, you must select the option of keep in.

    Instead of downloading and installing the RPM I recommend setting up the google repository so that chrome updates don't require you to manually search for the new RPM.
