SuperTuxKart is a well known 3D arcade racing game on Linux designed for a Linux-based operating systems.
Even though this is a multiplatform game, as it has support for Linux, Windows, Mac and Android. SuperTuxKart is similar to the Mario Car game and is completely open source and free.
The version of SuperTuxKart 0.9.3 was initially released last year, being more exact in November 2017 and has been gaining popularity since then.
It comes with characters from various open source projects including various race tracks. It is currently a single player or local multiplayer game.
However, the online version where multiplayer can play is still in progress.
A recorder is built into the game that can save MJPEG, VP8, VP9 or H.264 video along with Vorbis audio.
The version includes several new tracks, different models and features. In this existing version, there is a track set in a field called "Cornfield Crossing", a night track in one of the European cities called "Candela city", and a new battlefield called "Estadio Las Dunas". Most of the tracks are available to everyone.

How to uninstall SuperTuxKart from Ubuntu and derivatives?
If you want to remove this game because it was not what you expected or for whatever reason. To disable or eliminate the PPA from the system, simply open a terminal and execute the following command:
