KDE Plasma 5.15.1 now available to fix bugs

KDE Plasma 5.15

KDE Plasma 5.15

As a somewhat restless Linux user, I like to test many operating systems for their graphical environments. There are many that I have liked, such as Elementary OS, Ubuntu Budgie or Kubuntu, but I always end up installing Ubuntu because it is the version that gives me the least problems. I've always liked Kubuntu, but I remember something wrong with my laptop, I don't remember exactly what. Logically, everything is improving with the different updates and right now I'm curious if the latest update of KDE Plasma it would end up convincing me.

KDE Plasma 5.15.1, the first update of this version, was released yesterday. The update carries the label of bugfixes, which means that it will improve the support in its different components and correct the different problems that developers and users have discovered and reported. Plasma 5.15 arrived earlier this month with many new features that improved one of the most aesthetic and customizable graphical environments available in the official versions of Ubuntu.

KDE Plasma 5.15 receives its first update

Just like We can read on the information page of its launch:

Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Today, KDE releases a Bugfix update to KDE Plasma 5, version 5.15.1. Plasma 5.15 was released in February with many refinement features and new modules to complete the desktop experience. This update adds a month's worth of new translations and fixes from contributors.

On the changes page, we can see that these improvements and corrections reach the entire operating system, among which we have Discover, Addons, shortcuts, news in the KWin window manager, libscreen or Plasma Desktop. Taking into account all the above, I think it will be worth installing the new version of Plasma as soon as it is available in the official repositories, something that already it shouldn't take long.

Are you experiencing a bug that you hope Plasma 5.15.1 will fix?

A few years ago a good friend introduced me to LINUX. . . He told me install ~ Kubuntu ~ (I understood Ubuntu and installed this one) then of course I realized the error and installed KUBUNTU and even TODAY my preferred distro. . . ???
