Mobile Media Converter is a program that allows quickly convert audio and video files easily which has support for a wide variety of formats, including OGG, MP3, AVI, MPEG, FLV, WAV, WMA, WMV, MOV, WebM and 3GP.
The most interesting thing about the application is that it allows you to create files compatible with a wide range of mobile devices, like the iPod, iPhone, iPad, Sony Xperia, some versions of the Samsung Galaxy, some models of Motorola, Nokia and Blackberry devices, as well as the PSP. A fairly extensive list of supported devices appears on the program's official site, according to user reports.
Another feature of Mobile Media Converter is that it includes a tool to download YouTube videos, offering the possibility of converting them later to any of the supported formats. Also includes a tool for rip DVDs. All with a user interface that is very simple.
Installation on Ubuntu
Users of the Canonical distribution have at their disposal a DEB package to install the application easily. Of course, before you will have to install MEncoder from the repository Medibuntu. The DEB package is available for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. Users of other distributions - or advanced Ubuntu users - can download the source code to compile on their own.

PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE !!
Hi, it seems that you do not have the decoder installed for the audio codec of your 3GP file, sevc (EVRC). I'm not sure if the Ubuntu version of FFmpeg supports it, otherwise you would have to install a more current version by compiling yourself. To see the codecs supported in your installation you can run
ffmpeg -codecs
.
