In the next article we are going to take a look at Pixelitor. This is a free and open source image editor, which we can find available for Gnu/Linux, Windows and MacOS. It is a powerful image editor that includes different features that can be helpful when working. The program is written in Java and is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0.
As I said, Pixelitor is an image editor that has some interesting features. Among them we can find support for layers, layer masks, text layers, the option to undo multiple steps, blend modes, cropping, Gaussian blur, unsharp mask, etc. Besides features over 110 image filters and color adjustments, some of which are exclusive to Pixelitor.

Install Pixelitor on Ubuntu

flatpak install flathub io.sourceforge.Pixelitor
