Tensorman a new tool to manage Tensorflow

Tensorman utility added which is a tool developed by System76 to manage Tensorflow tools in an isolated Docker-based environment. Tensorman allows you to run scripts in a container with Tensorflow, as well as being able to choose a version for individual projects and operations.

This will allow all versions of Pop! _OS get the same support for all versions of Tensorflow, including preview versions, without the need to install Tensorflow or the CUDA SDK on the system. Similarly, new versions of Tensorflow upstream will be immediately available to install with Tensorman.

Offline updates

An important novelty of pop! _OS 19.10 is that added ability to update distribution in offline mode, in which all components are first downloaded to the system to update to a new major version, after which the user can start their installation when deemed necessary.

In the configurator, in the detailed configuration section, as well as in the notification about the formation of a new version, a button appeared to download updates without installing them.

To actually start the update, the user simply has to click this button a second time after downloading the updates and the button changes its appearance.
