We are now less than two months away from Canonical launching the next version of its operating system. Ubuntu LTS 16.04 (Xenial Xerus) will be one of the most important versions that have been launched in recent years, to a greater or lesser extent due to the arrival of a long-awaited convergence that will allow using a mobile phone as a desktop one (they claim that the experience will be 100% the same ) if we connect it to a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. And not only that, but it is expected that the Ubuntu user interface (UI) will also change and we will work on a system with an image more in line with these times.
Rare is the occasion (so much so that I do not remember any right now) in which something is presented that is surprising because it is completely unaware of its existence. Before the first beta (or alpha) of an operating system is released, something from this system is always "filtered", in quotes because it can be done on purpose. What we bring you today is not a leak, but rather that we have discovered so that we can use them freely. We are talking about the wallpapers of the next version of the operating system developed by Canonical. In total, there are three images, two for desktop computers or tablets and a third for mobile devices, which are Ubuntu Phones. You have the three wallpapers after the cut.

I like these backgrounds much more than Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf). It is not that they are exaggeratedly different, but there are fewer lines and for me they are much better. Also, for some reason they remind me of some Ubuntu versions I was using before they introduced Unity. What do you think?
interesting
Obviously, Canonical has to put aside sobriety and launch a design contest once and for all ...
It's not a big deal ... Little surprise for a wallpaper for an excellent operating system ...
Hello. You can support me, I want to change the desktop background, but the photo appears inverted and is not changed. Greetings
