Page official download offers the 64-bit and 32-bit DEB packages for Ubuntu / Debian based systems. Once we download the .deb package that we need, we open a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T) and write:

sudo dpkg -i ~/Descargas/vivaldi-stable_*.deb; sudo apt -f install

    I have added the key to the repository according to this article, my machine has an Ubuntu 14.04 installed. When doing a sudo apt-get update it shows me the following message:
    W: GPG error: http://repo.vivaldi.com stable Release: The following signatures could not be verified because your public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 6D3789EDC3401E12
    I installed it by downloading the package to 32bits and through the Ubuntu software center.
