Xubuntu says this is a fund contest special to be held to celebrate the upcoming LTS release. And is that Xubuntu 20.04, like the rest of the Focal Fossa family, will be a Long Term Support version that will be supported until April 2025. It also advances that the six best will be included in the operating system, so we can choose them from the preferences from the system as we would with any other wallpaper included by default.

Rules to participate in the Xubuntu 20.04 fund contest

The rules for entering the Xubuntu 20.04 fund contest are not very different from those of the other flavors:

  • Each user may submit a maximum of 5 images.
  • We will only be able to submit work that we have created ourselves.
  • No brand names or watermarks of any kind may be included. Inappropriate, offensive, hateful, defamatory, etc. images will also not be allowed. Explicit sexual content is also not allowed. Images with weapons or violence, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, racism, political or religious will also be automatically disqualified.
  • Final image dimensions should be 2560 x 1600 pixels.
