It was expected soon and here we have it. Canonical has already revealed what the Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan Ermine wallpaper, the version of the operating system that will be officially released on October 17. As always, at least for as long as I can remember, the image has a purple-orange hue with the drawing of the animal with white lines. It is usual that the drawing of the animal is not very faithful to reality and what we have in front of it is like a sketch of it.
Canonical has taken advantage of their social profiles, such as Twitter, to post the wallpaper and take the first serious step in launching Eoan Ermine. Six months ago they said they had turned on the disco lights to start the party, while this year they have limited themselves to saying that Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan Ermine is the 31st operating system since the first version was released in 2004. Perhaps, this little animal with the adjective they have chosen has not given them so much room to be creative.
Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan Ermine is version number 31
