Although the truth is that Hebbot is not like ChatGPT or Google Bard. It is the automated software that is responsible for managing the news of This Week in GNOME, but as it is part of the project, it is also part of this type of articles in which the latest news. • This week the Blueprint formatter was merged: «You will no longer have to worry about redundant whitespace, forgotten indentations, or random new lines when editing your .blp files. This will make writing UI templates for GTK applications much more enjoyable for developers. The formatter is also part of Blueprint LSP, which means it should be integrated into development tools like GNOME Builder, VS Code, and Workbench very soon. I would like to thank James Westman and Sonny for guiding me through the process of writing the formatter, they helped me a lot«.
  • A new version of the Weather or Not extension has been released, which introduces a control to change the position of the indicator on the panel. You can now choose to place the indicator in the left or right boxes of the panel or in one of four different positions in the center box. This is implemented only in the GS45+ main branch of the extension.

Wheather or not
