Project GNOME just announce el GNOME 3.32.2 release. It did so about a month after GNOME 3.32.1 was released, and it is also another release labeled "bugfix," which means it comes primarily to fix bugs. In the information note of its launch they also tell us that it is a stable release, probably to eliminate all confusion, since the version that will include Ubuntu 19.10 Eoan Ermine is already being tested, which we remember is scheduled for October 17.
The team that develops one of the most used Linux graphical environments on the planet has announced the launch, but that does not mean that it is already available for installation, or not the simplest. Right now it is the distributions that have to update the packages and upload them to their respective repositories, at which point it can be installed from the software center. GNOME 3.32.2 arrives to fix bugs
Another thing to know about GNOME 3.32.2 is that it is the latest update to be released in this series. The project will now focus on GNOME 3.34, a version that will be released after the summer and that is already being tested, although at the moment it still bears the 3.33 number. Final v3.34 betas will be released one in August and one in September.
Although GNOME v3.32 will no longer receive updates, its team of developers ensures that the run times Flatpak will continue to be updated. GNOME 3.32.2 should reach all distributions that are using v3.32.x soon. If we look at the past, we can think that it will take from two days to a week.
