  • Loupe has arrived on Flathub as a preview. Since the last update, we have included:
    • Now uses mipmaps in rendering, avoiding rendering artifacts.
    • They have merged HighDPI support.
    • They have added an algorithm that detects if a zoom or rotate gesture is being performed. A rather complicated task, but necessary for the touch gestures to work correctly. However, more work is still needed on the rotate gestures.
    • Now uses an algorithm that detects if a transparent image will be too dark to be visible against the default background. In that case, Loupe will choose a lighter background.
