Installing this theme in Ubuntu is very simple and can be done in different ways. For me the best way to install any package on an Ubuntu based distribution is to do it from Ubuntu Software or using the sudo command apt install "package" if we know his name. If it's not available in the official repositories, my second favorite option is install a .deb package and this option is available to install the Arc GTK theme. Installing the Arc GTK repository
