One of the what's new in KDE SC 4.10 is the possibility of hide menu bar of the windows, setting it in place on a button on the title bar —Or in a pop-up top bar, or export it for use via KRunner or a plasmoid, and so on. Although it is a feature that can be easily activated, the option to do so is somewhat hidden.
In this post we explain how to do it.
The first thing is to open Locker (Alt+F2) and type "style". The window that appears below will open, where all we have to do is choose the option Title bar button from the drop-down menu in the section Menu bar → Menu bar style.
We accept the changes. We close the window and reopen KRunner, this time to write "window decoration."
In the window decoration configuration module we press the button that says Configure buttons ...
Then, in the window that opens, all we have to do is add a new button, the Application menu. To add it, just drag and drop it in the part of the title bar that we like the most.
We accept once again all changes. And that's it. From now on the windows will have a new button in the title bar that will allow us to display the applications menu as shown in the following screenshot:

Thanks, testing according to your directions. It can only be seen when the application is restarted.
Button on the title bar of the drop-down menu in the section Menu bar → Menu bar style. It does not appear, what do I have to do to activate it?
Well nothing, if you use KDE SC 4.10 it should be there.
It is very strange, I already told you that I am using it and it does not work out
