Who has uploaded Hirsute Hippo's first Daily Build is Ubuntu Budgie, who right now has no option for ARM devices. It is usually the last to enter the family who gives the news and the first steps, and he has done so on Twitter and has already uploaded the first Daily Build for Ubuntu Budgie 21.04 Hirsute Hippo. Between today and tomorrow, the rest of the flavors will follow suit, including the main version.

They have also uploaded their first Daily Build Ubuntu MATE, Xubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu and Ubuntu Kylin, so, keeping in mind that Ubuntu Studio does not release these types of versions, the only one missing right now is the one from Ubuntu 21.04 Hirsute Hippo It is available in the "Pending" section, which you can access from here.
Right now, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. The first is that what is available right now is like a Groovy gorilla on which they are adding all the changes. The second is that some of the images probably won't work in virtual machine software, like GNOME Boxes. For everything else, Ubuntu 21.04 Hirsute Hippo will be officially released on April 22, 2021, and it will arrive with GNOME 40 and a kernel that, in all probability and looking at the calendar, will be Linux 5.11.
